Projects with an agreed scope
Renovating older buildings
Preserve the existing building. Create new possibilities. Existing buildings need careful assessment. We combine suitable renovation and interior fit-out work into a manageable project.
Discuss your project
What may be included.
- Existing-building survey and scope agreement
- Non-load-bearing dismantling within the agreed scope
- Preparing rooms and surfaces
- Interior fit-out and flooring
- Additional trades with specialist partners
Hidden damage, structural alterations and hazardous materials are not automatically included. Changes are agreed before they are carried out.
Understand first. Then change.
Work on an older house is interconnected. We divide the project into understandable steps and distinguish existing fabric, fit-out and partner trades.
- Existing-building survey
- Record visible damage, existing materials and desired changes together.
- Dismantling within the agreed scope
- Prepare non-load-bearing, safe areas after assessment; address hazardous materials and structural engineering separately.
- Interior fit-out
- Coordinate drywall, floor coverings, standard doors and connection details.
- Envelope & building services
- Consider façades, windows, roofs and installations with the relevant specialist partners.

A clear scope protects your project.
Hidden damage is often not fully known before a component is opened. We describe assumptions and agree additional work before carrying it out.
- Work in stages
- Plan occupied areas, dust protection, access and the sequence together.
- Materials & existing fabric
- Consider build-up heights, transitions and existing surfaces together.
- Energy-efficiency perspective
- Bring in energy advice and funding assessment early for extensive renovation.
- Partner trades
- Record responsibilities and specific scope limits in the quotation.

How we start
your project.
- Collect the construction year, known alterations and existing plans.
- Explain priorities and the intended use of rooms.
- Disclose known moisture or hazardous-material indications before work begins.
- Record the scope, materials and responsibilities in the quotation.
Check funding options
Set the renovation target before choosing funding.
Depending on the scope, individual energy measures, the KfW Effizienzhaus loan or tax support may be options. Combining them depends on the measure and building. Involve energy advice and financing before contracts and construction begin.
As of 4 October 2026. Check requirements and availability with the funding provider. We do not guarantee approval.
Compare funding routesBefore you decide.
Can I live in the house during the work?
That depends on the scope, affected rooms and potential risks. Usability and stages are agreed before execution.
Is there an all-inclusive fixed price?
A reliable quotation needs a clarified scope. Unassessed existing-building risks are not represented as definitely included work.
