How do we get started?
Describe your project and its location using the enquiry form. We then clarify which information or inspection is needed for a suitable quotation.
What does renovation cost?
It depends on the area, substrate, materials and scope. We prepare a reliable quotation after assessing the project. Unknown building risks are not presented as a guaranteed fixed price.
Can I supply materials myself?
We discuss this before quoting. Suitability, quantities, delivery times and responsibilities must match the agreed construction.
Do you carry out all trades yourselves?
No. Our own interior and repair work is separate from partner trades. Plastering, tiling, structural work and installations are planned with suitable specialist partners.
Is turnkey construction possible?
As an agreed partner solution. Trades, specification, planning and responsibilities are defined for the project. An enquiry does not yet constitute acceptance.
What happens if extra work is needed?
Additional work and its effect on cost or timing are agreed before implementation. An accepted quotation is not changed without agreement.
