The website uses one.com hosting (One.com Group AB, Malmö, Sweden) and Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA, for delivery, DNS and protected server connections. IP addresses and connection/security information are processed for operation and protection under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cloudflare processing may include the USA and other countries; processing solely in Germany is not promised. The German information links the providers’ privacy and processing terms.
Submitted enquiries, partner profiles and applications are permanently saved in our protected PostgreSQL database on a separate server. The form language and contact details are stored. Project enquiries include the requested service, location and message; phone, budget and pictures are optional. Partner forms include cooperation type, region and experience. These details support the requested discussion and possible cooperation under Article 6(1)(b), or Article 6(1)(f) for general and business communication.
Applications contain professional field, region, experience, name and email; phone, message and a PDF résumé are optional. Necessary applicant processing is based on Section 26(1) and (8) BDSG. There is no automatic talent pool or automated selection. Checking the privacy notice does not authorise advertising or additional uses.
Project photos and application PDFs undergo file validation and ClamAV scanning, are stored privately and are available only through authenticated access. Photo metadata is not automatically removed from private uploads. Uploading does not authorise public use. Relevant managers receive internal notifications through our own mailcow mail server; the form does not automatically email you or send submissions to an AI provider.
Data is kept as needed to handle the matter, agreed follow-up, applicable legal obligations and necessary claims. Daily encrypted backups support recovery. There is no universal automatic deletion job; retention and deletion require case-specific review. Applications are not retained in a talent pool through this form. Ask us about the retention applicable to your data.
Subject to legal conditions, you may obtain access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to legitimate-interest processing and withdraw an actual consent for the future. You can complain to a supervisory authority, including LDI NRW. Contact us by email or post. The website includes no analytics or advertising trackers, external webfonts or automatic AI evaluation; necessary security or internal login mechanisms may be used.
