A beautiful room starts with suitable materials and a carefully prepared substrate. We agree the individual tasks together.

Laminate & click vinyl: Choose flooring, laying direction and build-up height to suit the use and existing floor.
Skirting boards & profiles: Finish wall connections, doorways and transitions to adjacent floor coverings neatly.
Internal doors & frames: Fit standard components with suitable opening dimensions and clearances above the floor.
Internal window sills: Check the condition of existing surfaces, refurbish them or prepare the agreed replacement.

Floors, doors and walls need to be considered together so connections can be planned in good time.

Substrate first: Consider unevenness, moisture and old coverings before approving materials.
With specialist partners: Agree plastering, painting and any necessary installations separately.
Material selection: Use, care and construction matter as much as colour and surface. There is no blanket suitability for wet rooms.

§ 35a EStG may reduce income tax for eligible work in an existing household. Separately stated labour costs and non-cash payment are essential. Suitable room alterations that reduce barriers may also qualify for subsidised loans.
