Different materials meet at façades, window sills and plinths. Repairs start with the cause and the condition of the connections.
- External window sills
- Assess damaged surfaces and connections and refurbish them within the agreed scope.
- Connection joints
- Remove damaged elastic joints and renew them after checking materials and connections.
- Plinth areas
- Record damage and agree suitable repairs. Causes of moisture remain subject to separate assessment.
- Façades with specialist partners
- Plan plastering, painting, coatings and, where appropriate, thermal insulation with suitable specialist contractors.
Appearance and function belong together.
A fresh coat of paint does not replace investigating the cause. We explain which tasks produce the visible result and where further specialist planning is needed.

Check funding options
Plan insulation and windows early.
Energy improvements to the building envelope may qualify under BEG EM. Repainting alone is not an energy renovation. Coordinate the energy efficiency expert, technical requirements and funding application before implementation.

Do new joints repair every leak?
No. The cause may also lie behind adjacent components. We distinguish visible joint work from comprehensive waterproofing planning.
Can façade renovation receive funding?
Cosmetic improvement alone is not an energy-efficiency funding measure. Suitable insulation may qualify; technical conditions and the application must be clarified beforehand.
