Non-load-bearing drywall constructions create new layouts and cover existing components. The right construction depends on your room.

Check funding options
Consider interior work and insulation together.
A new partition does not automatically qualify for energy funding. Work that forms part of eligible insulation or its necessary reinstatement may be assessed differently. Have the specific construction checked before commissioning.

Can a load-bearing wall be replaced?
Structural alterations are outside normal drywall work. They require separate planning, structural engineering and suitable specialist contractors.
Is insulation in drywall construction automatically eligible for funding?
No. An appropriate energy-efficiency insulation measure on the building envelope may qualify. A normal room partition is not such a measure.
